Perched high in the foothills of Seven Hills overlooking the Las Vegas Valley, this custom modernist villa required a sanctuary-like primary suite that would diffuse the intense desert sunlight into soft, soothing atmospheric warmth.

Our artisans hand-applied an authentic slaked mineral limewash across the curved focal headboard wall and vaulted ceiling. Working with custom natural bristle block brushes imported from Italy, our team layered three delicate coats using multi-directional cross-hatch strokes to develop an ethereal, cloudy patina in warm chalk-white and oat greige.

The organic crystalline structure of the cured slaked lime breathes naturally with ambient humidity, purifying the air while providing an ultra-matte, light-diffusing backdrop that transforms in tone from crisp morning daylight to intimate evening ambiance.
