PROJECT DETAILS
The Summit Club Villa – Moroccan Tadelakt Wet Room & Curved Vanity
- Location: The Summit Club, Summerlin, NV
- Service: Tadelakt and Microcement
- DURATION: 3.5 Weeks Stone Burnishing & Soap Sealing
Project Description
Situated within the prestigious Summit Club in Summerlin, this private residence was envisioned as a tranquil sanctuary celebrating organic tactile textures and seamless wellness spaces.
Our artisans crafted a fully waterproof, joint-free wet room and curbless rainfall shower utilizing authentic Moroccan Tadelakt plaster. Formulated from raw hydraulic limestone native to the Marrakech plateau, the plaster was hand-burnished for days using smooth river stones, continuously infusing black olive oil soap deep into the curing mineral pore structure.
The resulting chemical reaction creates a completely impermeable, hydrophobic calcium stearate seal that naturally repels water and prevents mold without synthetic sealers. Water droplets bead like jewels on the warm sand surface, creating an unmatched sensory luxury experience.
